SuperBidet is an attachment that can be installed between the toilet seat and the toilet bowl. You’re not replacing the seat, just placing a thin attachment. The shipping cost of $19.98 includes shipping and handling within the USA (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Delivery for orders placed before 6:30 p.m. Monday to Friday can arrive in 5 to 7 days, depending on the State.
You can return your undamaged and unused SuperBidet within 30 days of your order date.
Due to the hygienic nature of these products, SuperBidet can only accept customer returns if they are unused and uninstalled. New and unused means the bidet has not been installed, used or altered in any way. Due to Public Health Regulations, any products that have been hooked up to water or used in any way are not eligible for return.
Pre-authorization for all returns must be obtained from SuperBidet. Simply send us an email to obtain a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). If a return is sent without prior authorization, it will not be refunded or credited. All returns are subject to review so be sure to get that authorization!
Note on Refunds: Refunds include only the cost of the product; we do not refund shipping fees or customs fees you may have paid on your original purchase. If you are returning your product unused, please do not open the box or break the security seal of the accessories before returning it. Returns must still be in their original packaging with all parts and accessories included or be subject to a 10%-15% restocking and handling fee.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Within the US, returns must be shipped via UPS or Fedex with insurance, SuperBidet is not liable for damages incurred during shipment. Return shipping address will be given when RMA number is issued. DO NOT ship returns to our corporate mailing address.
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Customers must first send us an email to SuperBidet at tusuperbidet@gmail.com and obtain an RMA number and we’ll gladly issue an RMA for qualified returns. Be sure to include in the email the reason for the return and if damaged, attach photos for a faster processing.
Returns shipped back without an RMA number, and returns sent to the wrong warehouse location are subject to a 20% restocking fee or denied refunds.
Refunds
Refunds will be given to qualifying returns with a valid RMA. Please allow 7-10 business days after processing for refund to appear as a credit on your bank statement. A restocking fee may be applied to returns with missing or damaged parts. Please note that we will deduct the original cost of shipping from the refund, regardless if your item was originally shipped to you for free.
