1How much water is needed each time you use SuperBidet?
The average consumption of water depends on the person. In average, for each use, it needs approximately half a glass of water.
2Can children use SuperBidet?
Yes, SuperBidet is ideal for the whole family. For small kids, adult supervision is needed because it is important for them to learn how to regulate the intensity of water coming out from the nozzle.
3What precautions shall I take when I go away on vacations?
When we leave home for a prolonged period, it is always advisable to shut off the water valve, gas and electricity. This is a preventive measure, not only for SuperBidet but for safety reasons.
4How can you clean SuperBidet?
Use regular toilet cleaners to clean SuperBidet, as you would normally do when you wash your toilet. However, do not to apply chlorine directly on Superbidet. Use a soft bristle brush to clean the small holes on the two nozzles.
5Can you remove SuperBidet and install it again on a new toilet?
Yes. To remove it, shut off the water supply, take out the toilet seat, unscrew the adaptor, remove the bidet, put back the toilet seat and finally, connect the water valve to the wall. SuperBidet can be easily installed on your new toilet.
6What can I do if water leaks through the nozzle?
After toilet use, make sure to turn the knob to the OFF position where the blue line is.
7Can SuperBidet be installed in all types of toilets? What are the options if there is a gap between the lid and the seat?
- A. SuperBidet is ultra-thin and can be installed in most TWO-PIECE toilets.
A one-piece toilet has no separation between the bowl and the tank behind it, whereas a two-piece has a gap between those two elements. - B. In case you see a gap between the cover lid and the seat after installing SuperBidet, you can do the following:
- 1. Included in the box are (3) small bumpers with adhesive tapes. Place them on the front, left, and right of the lid as shown in the figure below:
